Job description

We are seeking a Manager, Technical Projects. Reporting to the Global Manufacturing Systems and Technology strategic group, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating industrial engineering and artificial intelligence projects for powersports vehicle assembly lines. You will act as the owner of manufacturing processes, ensuring their performance, evolution, and alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead the evolution of manufacturing processes and ensure their alignment with the operational excellence strategy.

  • Plan and optimize budgets and resources related to technical and artificial intelligence projects.

  • Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team.

  • Drive and prioritize strategic projects.

  • Provide direct support to production teams and develop training programs to ensure mastery of assembly standards.

  • Present strategic directions, results, and challenges to stakeholders, while ensuring alignment among engineering, operations, and management teams.

  • Coordinate the evolution of modularity and ensure its application in the implementation of new products across manufacturing plants.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial engineering.

  • Strong expertise in manufacturing project management and process optimization.

  • Good spoken and written communication skills in French and English (the person will be required to speak with suppliers and other collaborators outside the country).
