Job description

Overview
WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly qualified Technical Program Manager to support mission-critical Department of Defense and Intelligence Community initiatives. This position provides technical and programmatic leadership across advanced intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and information technology efforts supporting national security objectives.
The selected candidate will oversee complex technical programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the integration of emerging intelligence capabilities. This role requires strong experience managing technical programs within defense or intelligence environments and the ability to communicate effectively with senior government leadership.
This is a full-time position supporting government customers in a secure environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level program management oversight across multiple technical and operational initiatives
  • Lead coordination of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Information Technology (IT) activities
  • Support program execution through risk management, resource planning, acquisition coordination, and technical assessments
  • Monitor cost, schedule, performance, and deliverables for complex technical programs
  • Gather operational and technical requirements and develop supporting acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Track acquisition actions from requirements development through contract award and execution
  • Support contract administration activities, deliverable management, and funding/expenditure tracking
  • Coordinate with external government agencies and mission partners to facilitate collaboration, data sharing, and operational integration
  • Facilitate technical exchanges and promote awareness of research, development, and intelligence initiatives across the enterprise
  • Prepare and present executive-level briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Support strategic planning and continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility or adjudication required
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project or program management efforts
  • Strong understanding of intelligence operations, ISR concepts, and technical program execution
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience supporting Air Force, Intelligence Community, or defense acquisition programs
  • Familiarity with GEOINT, MASINT, Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME), or related intelligence disciplines
  • Experience coordinating multi-agency or cross-functional technical initiatives
