Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Technical Program Manager with our client in Santa Clara, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Cost Dimension workstream for the Supply Chain and Order Management SAP ERP implementation
  • Partner with GPOs and functional leaders across Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Cost Operations, Hyperscaler Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, priorities, dependencies, and implementation decisions
  • Partner with SAP functional teams, solution architects, and system integrators to deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practices
  • Drive activities across strategic sourcing, direct procurement, supplier management, procurement operations, cost operations, hyperscaler procurement, spend analytics, S2P processes, and master data
  • Help architect solutions that align with industry standards, minimizing customizations
  • Lead workshops, design reviews, and issue resolution sessions
  • Manage cutover planning and deployment readiness activities
  • Own project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure on-time execution
  • Provide status updates to program leadership and stakeholders
  • Support data migration, validation, and testing for supplier, procurement, sourcing, and spend data
  • Drive cross-functional accountability through deployment and post-go-live stabilization

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years leading ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise transformation programs
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Workstream Lead on SAP ERP implementations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a "go-getter" mentality
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become issues
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal direction
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Skilled facilitator, able to lead productive workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Sound judgment and decisiveness when navigating competing priorities or incomplete information
