Job DescriptionAssistant Program Manager, Healthcare Operations

Bremerton, WA 98314 | Hybrid | Potential Opportunity

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an Assistant Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.

Working closely with the Program Manager, this position will assist with staffing, workflow coordination, employee performance, reporting, and daily program operations.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, hybrid position in Bremerton, WA
  • Monday through Friday
  • Support Defense Health Agency healthcare operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily program operations, staffing, and scheduling
  • Track attendance, productivity, training, and performance

Requirements
