We are looking to hire a Lead Technical Program Manager (the JD calls for Principal Level and 8-10 years, but we are looking for a lead level with 11-15 years).

As the Principal Technical Program Manager for Financial Services Data Engineering, you will help define, own, and run broad horizontal data initiatives that power every current and future of our financial services product - including Credit Cards, invest accounts, Checking/Savings and more.
This role is central to the success of our Data Engineering aspires to empower every product through data insights, reporting, analytics, machine learning and more. This high-visibility role will require you to collaborate across organizational boundaries with cross-functional leaders in engineering, product, design, business, risk, operations, privacy, legal, support and other critical functions. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring ,meets all regulatory requirements collaborating with stakeholders across other lines of defense.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep intuition for complex technological and data initiatives that enable product development organizations and other functions, a high sense of ownership, tenacity, curiosity and ability to align and mobilize large organizations to achieve strategic outcomes. Top notch communication, ability to collaborate and partner, and deliver programs that improve our foundational technology strength and data will be a key to success in this role. As a Principal TPM, we look to you to set big, ambitious goals, be gritty, and hold yourself and your cross-functional teams accountable to deliver results on behalf of our members.

Key responsibilities:
โ€ข Partner with key stakeholders across the organizational boundaries and drive the strategy and execution of broad, horizontal platform initiatives and communicate with senior executives and other stakeholders.
โ€ข Own the planning, execution and communication of data engineering initiatives end-to-end with the highest levels of leadership in the company.
โ€ข Assist in audits (internal and external); support the identification, inventorying, and remediation of findings and issues.
โ€ข Establish and implement processes and mechanisms for large organizations to operate smoothly and with strong execution rigor.
What you'll need:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or higher with an engineering and technical discipline.
โ€ข 8-10+ years of experience in technical (software, data, engineering) program management.
โ€ข Ability to deliver large scale, enterprise-level, cross-cutting programs.
โ€ข Experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership through strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
