Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of 2-5 Fraud products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables.
  • Drive prioritization decisions across multiple initiatives by balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational risk, and strategic impact.
  • Partner with development teams to oversee platform enhancements, system integrations, API-driven capabilities, and infrastructure investments.
  • Develop deep understanding of the broader Fraud portfolio and collaborate with other TPM leaders to ensure alignment across interconnected products.
  • Provide thought leadership by evaluating product requirements, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and recommending alternative solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish success metrics and key performance indicators to measure product performance and support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Technical Product Managers while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
  • Drive execution excellence in Agile delivery environments while ensuring teams remain focused on priorities, outcomes, and customer value.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing Product Managers or Technical Product Managers, including coaching, prioritization, and performance management responsibilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple products, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical dependencies.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and strategic planning for platform, infrastructure, API-driven, or data-centric products within complex technology organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience working in highly technical product environments.

Required Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), integration patterns, and service-oriented architectures used to support scalable enterprise products.
  • Experience working with microservices architectures and modern distributed systems environments.

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies within software development environments.

We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your career development and growth in:
