Job description

Senior Product Manager

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid)

Join a company undergoing a major business transformation from a traditional vehicle auction and remarketing organization to a technology-enabled solutions provider. This role will help drive the integration of newly acquired software products into the company's existing platform, creating new software-driven revenue streams for an established customer base.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with a team of Product Owners, customers, and technology teams to define product strategy, drive product discovery, and build roadmaps for integrating acquired software solutions into existing offerings. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, identifying product gaps, and managing the pipeline of work required to deliver new blended products to market.

Core Responsibilities
  • Drive product discovery, requirements gathering, and customer engagement activities.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs for integration initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Owners and development teams to merge acquired software products into existing platforms.
  • Conduct current-state/future-state assessments and gap analyses to define product direction.
  • Align product strategy with customer expectations, business objectives, and desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4-5+ years of Product Management experience (Product Manager background required; Product Owner-only experience is not a fit).
  • Experience integrating new products, features, or capabilities into existing software platforms.
  • Strong product discovery, requirements gathering, and gap analysis experience.
  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and pipelines of work within Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Product Management experience (SAFe preferred)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship available.
