Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement, empowering employees to enhance customer experiences. Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on support during installations when needed. Address customer concerns strategically and safely, ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently with minimal overtime.

Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, reduce rework, and maximize satisfaction. Identify, source, and manage the tools, equipment, and parts needed to support high-quality, timely installations. Oversee warehouse operations and coordinate transportation logistics for nationwide deliveries.

Contribute to the annual field operations budget and track performance against financial and operational goals. Deliver clear, actionable updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.

Your qualifications: Authorized to work in the United States Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 5+ years of experience relating to the above-described duties Your skills and competencies: Leadership - inspire and manage field teams effectively.
