Job description

Summary: Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Central Tasking Office (CTO) & Tasking Operations Orders Analyst to support the U.S. Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 mission at Fort Benning, GA. The G-3 organization encompasses multi-functional services, with numerous locations across Fort Benning

Critical G-3 functions include: Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System. Other Support: Strategic Analysis Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Shall coordinate with lead staff action agents and their respective immediate supervisors to facilitate the exchange of information between organizations and individuals and ensure rapid processing of information to meet short suspense tasking requirements. Shall be the G-3 Central Tasking's Office POC for inquiries from principal staff officers and commanders concerning tasking allocations.

Shall develop and implement methodology to track task order performance by MCoE staff and subordinate units, and notify the Central Tasking Office of the task order's completion. Shall prepare executive summaries, updates, and briefings of tasking requirements for review and approval by the Government. Shall utilize office automation hardware such as personal computers, printers, faxes, electronic typewriters and various software packages, such as WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint to compile and prepare a variety of recurring and special reports.

Coordinate information for requirements involving "by name" or "line number" assignments, for individual augmentation tasking's.Required Qualifications: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products Strong communications skills (oral and written), ability to work cooperatively with military / civilian workforce Working knowledge / understanding of military protocol / chain of command. Degree in General Business, Accounting, Management, Contracting, Bookkeeping, Business/Technical Writing, or English (or equivalent experience) and advanced file management and organizing ability. Former Senior NCO or Officer with similar experience as outlined in this announcement is preferred
