Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Cloud Technical Lead to join our team and drive the strategic advancement of
our cloud infrastructure. This role is pivotal in integrating and enhancing our use of Microsoft 365 and
Cloud technologies, while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and
compliance with security protocols.
Technical Leadership & Integration
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of robust hybrid, cloud, and on-premises
solutions.
Lead the Microsoft 365 strategy in alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications and Cloud/Azure infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for process improvements using Microsoft 365 and Cloud/Azure technologies.
Support solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and security.
Security & Compliance
Develop and maintain security best practices for Microsoft 365 and Azure with the IT Security Team.
Implement Microsoft 365 security features, including IAM, DLP, and advanced threat protection.
Ensure compliance with data residency, privacy regulations, and legal obligations.
Monitor vulnerabilities and implement corrective procedures as needed.
Training & Education:
Design and deliver training sessions and workshops on Microsoft 365 and Cloud/Azure capabilities.
Mentor IT staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Project Management & Collaboration
Participate in cloud migration and optimization projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Engage in vendor management, including solution evaluation and contract negotiations.
Monitoring & Support
Maintain and monitor the performance and efficiency of Microsoft 365 and Cloud/Azure environments.
Troubleshoot complex cloud service issues and provide advanced support.
Manage licenses, subscriptions, and cost optimization for Azure and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, along with on-
    prem infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure Architecture and an understanding of network and system frameworks.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    Microsoft certifications or other relevant certifications.
    Experience within a professional services environment.
