We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager/Sr Manager to join our fast-growing, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-growth, innovative environment, contributing directly to technologies that are shaping the future of power electronics.
Navitas Semiconductor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Communications Engineer to lead the company's transition to a high voltage and high power GaN and SiC innovator. This role requires a very high degree of attention to detail in ensuring the company's messaging is in line with the agreed-upon positioning and the ability to lead our engineers in delivering the right technical content. An ideal candidate is someone who has experience in driving marketing communications in semiconductors or something very similar to Navitas's business.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Serves as a primary interface between product BUs and the market, implementing company positioning and messages in GaN & SiC.
  • Build and lead campaigns from strategy to measurement in coordination with BUs and Sales, utilizing internal and external resources.
  • Brings strong technical acumen in presenting messaging ideas to improve the company's standing in power semiconductors.
  • Execute company and industry events while ensuring full alignment with company strategy and maximizing ROI.
  • Develop technical and commercial collateral.
  • Manage all messaging channels such as social media, Website, PRs.
  • Manage partnerships with key industry partners in academia and the ecosystem of power
  • Represent the company in standards, regulations, and academic committees.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • MS Office suite
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Marcom experience in a Semiconductor or similar company.
  • Experience in developing collateral.

Preferred
  • Marcom experience in semiconductors
  • Power Electronics experience
  • Developing partnerships with academia and other industry partners.
