Our technology starts with you. The Technical Marketing Manager - Silicon Photonics, leads technical marketing and business development for ST's silicon photonics solutions in Americas region. The successful candidate will define the "Go to Market" strategy for silicon photonics solutions and implement the defined strategy in collaboration with product groups and sales organization.

Job Responsibilities Demand creation and increase design-ins and market share of products at assigned AME customers. Achieve design win targets as defined by the annual plan. Conduct product trainings and webinars, internally and externally, for ST Sales/Application Engineers and customers.

Ensure technical support in collaboration with regional, Divisional and R&D experts. Represent ST at external trade shows, conferences and standards bodies. Analyze customer applications and major trends to identify new customer requirements.

Contribute to new process and product roadmaps. Required Qualifications BSEE, MSEE or PhD with at least 10+ years product marketing or product management experience in semiconductor field. Technical expertise in silicon photonics design, advanced packaging and integration of PIC in optical transceivers and/or co-packaged optics.

Knowledge of data center networking and optical connectivity architectures and implementations. Experience of working in design/marketing/sales of optical transceivers or other networking technologies/products to Hyperscale customers is a big plus. Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and take initiatives.

At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base annual salary range for this role is between $198,200 to $ 247,800 USD.
