Are you a passionate Technical Expert based near Levis, just as comfortable in front of a screen as on the production floor? This position is for you!


As a Technical Expert, you will play a key role in the daytoday support of production and repair teams while actively contributing to the technological evolution of our operations. You will be at the heart of manufacturing systems improvements, process optimization, and production capacity development. Supported by a strong multidisciplinary team, you will be involved at all operational levels-from IT systems (ERP, analytics tools) to production methods and equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Expert Role in Levis

  • Become a technical reference for production operations and manufacturing systems
  • Actively participate in the resolution of complex problems involving equipment, software, automation, robotics, and materials
  • Support production and repair teams with calibration processes and procedures

  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment (5+ years)
  • University degree (Bachelor's) in physics, electronics, mechanics, or a related field
  • Strong skills in IT systems, including ERP platforms, analytics tools, and automation
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Power BI (strong assets)
  • Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts, including Kanban, line balancing, pull systems, 5S, and visual management
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with autonomy and rigor
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease of working with both shopfloor teams and scientific teams
  • Bilingual in French and English for internal communication
