Job description

A client in the insurance sector is launching an innovative project that tests the interaction between its distribution tools and artificial intelligence (agentic AI and large language models) in a real-world auto insurance submission context. This mandate combines delivery management and technology exploration, with real stakeholders and concrete challenges.

You will be at the heart of the delivery process. You will coordinate contributors, plan milestones, ensure platform availability, and meet commitments regarding scope, schedule, and budget. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial in this role.

The client is seeking an Application Delivery Manager to lead the application and technology aspects of an insurance project designed to demonstrate the interaction of the Genesis platform's (EIS) distribution tools with a large language model or agentic AI, within the context of auto insurance submissions in Quebec.

The ideal candidate is a delivery manager with six or more years of project management experience, comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies, capable of functionally overseeing contributors and coordinating multiple technology projects simultaneously. This is a coordination and delivery role, not a pure planner or technical architect position.

French is required, and advanced intermediate English is necessary for interactions with the vendor and partners. Knowledge of AI, Genesis/Amber (EIS), and DGAG (Auto solutions) is an asset, but not the core of the role: this is not the same as an AI specialist or an EIS consultant.

Requirements
  • Six or more years of project management experience (delivery)
  • Delivery Lead role in an Agile environment
  • Delivery of multiple technology projects simultaneously
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe) (any one is sufficient)

PREFERRED
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related discipline (equivalent combination of education and experience accepted)
ASSET
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and tools
  • Knowledge of Genesis/Amber (EIS platform)
  • Knowledge of DGAG (Automotive solutions)

Note: Certification is required for the mandate, but multiple equivalents are accepted (PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe). Only one certification is needed.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT

▸ Project manager or planner without concrete application delivery responsibility.

▸ Purely technical profile (developer, architect) without experience in coordination and functional oversight of contributors.

▸ Single-project manager without experience in multiple simultaneous deliveries.

▸ Profile without real experience in an Agile and Scrum environment. ▸ AI specialist or EIS consultant positioned as the main deliverable, while AI and Genesis are assets.
