Responsable Technique - Produits Semi-Solides (24 mois)

Le/La Responsable Technique - Produits Semi-Solides agit comme principal point de contact entre Galderma et les fournisseurs externes pour tous les aspects techniques lies aux produits et aux procedes de fabrication. Le portefeuille de produits est principalement compose de produits cosmetiques semi-solides.

Principales responsabilites

Interface technique avec les fournisseurs externes et les parties prenantes internes

  • Assurer l'interface technique avec les fournisseurs externes (CDMO) et les parties prenantes internes.

  • Diriger les activites de validation et de verification des procedes de fabrication chez les sous-traitants, en collaboration avec les partenaires.

  • Soutenir les investigations de causes racines liees aux ecarts de produits et de procedes.

  • Piloter les changements et ameliorations de procedes (reduction des couts, securisation des approvisionnements et/ou amelioration de la qualite produit) avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

  • Diriger ou agir en tant qu'expert technique (SME) lors des transferts techniques pour les produits assignes.

  • Mener les activites de resolution de problemes, les initiatives Lean et les ateliers chez les fournisseurs afin d'ameliorer les procedes de fabrication et les rendements.

  • Garantir la mise a jour des standards Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) et le respect des exigences reglementaires.

  • Assurer le suivi des capacites et de la robustesse des CDMO assignes, en tant qu'expert des capacites de fabrication, des enjeux de capacite et de performance.

  • Veiller a une circulation fluide des connaissances et des informations entre les fonctions et les differents sites concernes.

Gestion technique du cycle de vie des produits

  • Agir en tant qu'expert produit et etre responsable des produits semi-solides assignes.

  • Reviser et approuver les specifications de fabrication ainsi que les autres documents techniques (nomenclatures, protocoles, rapports, etc.).

  • Apporter un soutien technique aux equipes Developpement et aux autres departements MS&T afin d'atteindre les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.

  • Etre responsable des activites techniques liees a la gestion du cycle de vie des produits (LCM), notamment :

    • modifications de procedes ;

    • changements de matieres premieres ;

    • modifications de materiaux d'emballage.

  • Soutenir les equipes Qualite et Affaires Reglementaires lors des audits, des soumissions reglementaires, des revues documentaires, des investigations et de la gestion des deviations.

  • Collaborer de maniere etroite et efficace avec les fonctions transversales : R&D, Marketing, Qualite, Affaires Reglementaires, Achats et sites de production.

Exigences minimales

  • Excellente maitrise de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit, requise pour communiquer efficacement avec les fournisseurs bases aux Etats-Unis ainsi qu'avec les equipes mondiales anglophones.

  • Diplome universitaire (Licence/Baccalaureat ou Master) en Cosmetique, Pharmacie, Chimie ou Ingenierie dans un domaine connexe.

  • Minimum5 a 10 ans d'experiencedans la fabrication de produits semi-solides commerciaux ou le developpement

  • Experience dans l'industrie cosmetique ou pharmaceutique fortement souhaitee.

  • Bonne connaissance des exigences BPF/GMP et GDP.

  • Experience averee en gestion de projets.

  • Excellentes competences en communication et en collaboration avec des parties prenantes internes et externes.

Technical Manager - Semi-Solid Products (24 months)

The Technical Manager - Semi-Solid Products serves as the primary point of contact between Galderma and external suppliers for all technical aspects related to products and manufacturing processes. The product portfolio consists primarily of semi-solid cosmetic products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Interface with External Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders

  • Serve as the technical interface with external suppliers (CDMOs) and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead process validation and process verification activities at contract manufacturing sites in collaboration with partners.

  • Support root cause investigations related to product and process deviations.

  • Drive process changes and improvement initiatives (cost reduction, supply security, and/or product quality enhancements) with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead or act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during technical transfer activities for assigned products.

  • Lead problem-solving activities, Lean initiatives, and workshops at supplier sites to improve manufacturing processes and increase yields.

  • Ensure Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) standards remain up to date and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor the capabilities and robustness of assigned CDMOs, acting as the expert on manufacturing capabilities, capacity constraints, and operational performance.

  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer and information flow across functions and impacted sites.

Product Lifecycle Technical Management

  • Act as the technical expert and owner for assigned semi-solid products.

  • Review and approve manufacturing specifications and other technical documentation, including bills of materials, protocols, reports, and related documents.

  • Provide technical support to Development teams and other MS&T functions to achieve overall business objectives.

  • Be responsible for technical activities related to Product Lifecycle Management (LCM), including:

    • Process changes;

    • Raw material changes;

    • Packaging material changes.

  • Support Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams during audits, regulatory submissions, document reviews, investigations, and deviation management activities.

  • Collaborate closely and effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Manufacturing Sites.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with suppliers based in the United States and with global English-speaking teams.

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the development or manufacturing of commercial semi-solid products.

  • Experience in the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP requirements.

  • Proven project management experience.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in an international and matrix organization environment.
