Job Description Permanent Role. Technical Director / Owners Engineer - Energy Plant We are looking for an experienced Owners Engineer/ Technical Director in Energy from Waste engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have skills in engineering design management and asset management, as well as good experience in process or energy plant engineering.

Responsibilities: - Oversee design, construction and commissioning and maintenance of upgrades and plant maintenance of the EFW facility - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - Oversee the engineering design process, ensuring that designs are completed to exacting standards and sign off - Develop and maintain asset management plans - Provide technical support to project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders - Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders and commercial and technical reporting to senior management - Manage risks associated with projects - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Requirements: - Degree in engineering or related field - Minimum 5 years' experience in EFW or related industry - Strong project management skills - Knowledge of energy plant engineering - Experience in engineering design management and asset management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
