Position Title: Real Estate Construction Development Manager – High Density Residential Projects

Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Development Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of high-density residential development projects. This role is instrumental in steering the planning, entitlement, design, and construction processes while ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to drive projects success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage real estate development projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. 

Design & Construction Management: Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality design and construction standards. 

Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and perform financial analysis.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with zoning laws, environmental regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with investors, government officials, community representatives, and property management teams to maintain strong relationships and facilitate approvals. 

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during development. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Project Management, CCIM, CPM, RPA) are advantageous.

Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Construction real estate development or project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in project management software; analytical thinking; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
