Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SQL Dev Manager. The location of Jacksonville, FL is preferred, but fully remote candidates will be considered.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to lead reporting operations while remaining actively involved in technical development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on work in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
The successful candidate will oversee a small team, collaborate with business partners across the organization, and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant reporting solutions. This position plays a key role in supporting operational decision-making, regulatory obligations, and investor reporting.
Duties Include:
* Lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of enterprise reporting solutions
* Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
* Design and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
* Develop and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions using large and complex data environments
* Produce recurring operational, regulatory, and investor reports while supporting ad hoc reporting requests
* Create monitoring and exception reports that help identify operational risks, data discrepancies, and performance trends
* Support internal and external audits by providing accurate reporting and documentation
* Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of reporting professionals while contributing directly to technical deliverables
* Promote best practices for data quality, reporting standards, and process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
