Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies and Azure Cloud to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record managing complex software development initiatives, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Project Management

  • Own and lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycleof .NET and Azure-based projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scope, risk logs, and release schedules.
  • Ensure delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teamsโ€”development, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance on .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, microservices, Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and application architecture.
  • Review and validate technical design documents, estimates, and solution approaches.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contactfor internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct status meetings, demos, progress updates, and risk/issue escalations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and sprint plans.
  • Team Management
  • Lead and mentor developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and onsite/offshore teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
  • Manage team performance and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process & Governance

  • Implement and enforce best practicesin development, cloud adoption, DevOps, and release management.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and architectural standards.
  • Drive improvements in delivery processes, automation, quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 3โ€“5 years in a Technical Delivery Manager / Project Manager role.

Strong hands-on background in:

  • .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web API, Microservices
  • Azure Services:App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, API Management, Monitoring.
  • DevOps:CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Git, YAML pipelines, automated deployments.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, containers (AKS/Docker), and REST integrations.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applicationsin an Agile environment.
  • Excellent skills in communication, client engagement, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict management.
  • Experience managing distributed teams (onsite/offshore).
