Job description

About the Role

As a Technical Content Delivery Manager on the Solutions Engineering (SE) Enablement team, you will drive the platform strategy, content curation, and discoverability architecture for technical enablement assets across the global SE organization. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Solutions Engineering Enablement and own the end-to-end administration and data organization structure of our Learning Management System (LMS) powered by HighSpot.

You will bridge the gap between complex product engineering and field readiness, leveraging a strong understanding of Verkada's physical security platform to design intuitive content hierarchies. By collaborating with IT/Data teams on AI best practices, you will optimize semantic searchability while owning the advanced analytics, feedback loops, and deprecation workflows necessary to maintain a pristine, high-impact technical repository.

What You'll Do
  • LMS Data Architecture & Ownership: Manage and optimize the HighSpot LMS as the "single source of truth" for the global SE organization. Design, implement, and govern the foundational data organization and folder structure, ensuring it aligns logically with Verkada's product matrix (Command, Cameras, Access Control, Environmental Sensors, Alarms, Workplace, Intercom, and Audio).
  • Multi-Tiered Learning Delivery: Structure, tag, and deliver targeted content across three primary learning modalities to support the entire SE lifecycle:
  • Onboarding (New Learn): Curate foundational technical paths to accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires.
  • Continuous Education (Re-Learn): Maintain accessible skill-refresher materials and technical deep-dives to support ongoing technical mastery.
  • Just-In-Time Learning: Architect high-velocity, deal-specific content frameworks that allow SEs to instantly surface technical proof points required for upcoming customer meetings or field events.
  • AI Collaboration & Search Optimization: Partner with internal IT and Data teams to implement AI best practices, automated tagging, and semantic search configurations within HighSpot. Ensure technical documentation, demo scripts, and training assets are contextually discoverable based on real-time field queries.
  • Advanced Content Analytics & Reporting: Own the metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis for all LMS content. Actively track search behavior, content consumption, and asset utilization to highlight highly utilized, high-benefit material to leadership while identifying operational skill gaps.
  • Content Lifecycle & Feedback Governance: Establish and execute a strict deprecation workflow to regularly remove outdated assets and prevent stale information from circulating in the field. Implement and manage a structured field feedback mechanism, including:
  • Instant Signaling: A thumbs up/down framework for real-time validation of content applicability.
  • Formal Correction Pipelines: A closed-loop triage process for the field to flag, review, and execute content updates regarding grammatical errors and technical accuracy.
What You BringRequired
  • 5+ years of combined experience in Technical Enablement, Content Management, or Content Architecture within enterprise SaaS, IoT, hardware, or networking industries.
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud networking, enterprise IT infrastructure, and physical security platform architecture to understand and categorize technical subject matter effectively.
  • Direct, hands-on experience administering enterprise content management repositories or LMS platforms (HighSpot experience highly preferred).
  • Proven track record collaborating with IT, data science, or engineering teams to leverage AI analytics, conversation intelligence, or semantic search optimization.
  • Demonstrated capability building data schemas, document classification frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and highly organized visual hierarchies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to serve as the structured voice-of-the-field, managing feedback loops and change management protocols across technical teams.
