Job description

We're looking for a Technical Data Coordinator who is excited to support data accuracy, organization, and accessibility across our engineering and operations teams. In this role, you'll help maintain up-to-date technical records, assist with data entry and analysis, and ensure critical information flows smoothly to support project planning, execution, and reporting. If you have a knack for streamlining data processes, enjoy working with details, and want to play a key role in driving operational efficiency and informed decision-making, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do:
  • Help organize and maintain technical documents, drawings, and records
  • Assist in managing databases and filing systems for technical data
  • Collaborate with engineers, operations, and project teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Contribute to project documentation, reports, and client deliverables
  • Support digitization of records and improvement of data storage systems
  • Monitor data quality and assist with basic analysis and reporting
  • Follow data security and compliance protocols
  • Provide general technical and administrative support as needed

The Experience We're Looking For:
  • 0-2+ years' experience in data coordination, documentation, or administrative support
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance from senior engineers
  • Willingness to learn technical systems, equipment terms, and industry standards
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and act on recruitment KPIs

Additional Requirements:
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willing to travel 25%+ to sites or industry events as needed
  • Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
