The Brand Services/Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and potentially pursuing these opportunities for new accounts while also maintaining established relationships for Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Upstate NY existing accounts. Our company is waiting for you to join our team as a Business Development Manager/Sales.

The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager/Sales Representative includes:

  • Responsible for the growth and development of the top prospect account sales pipeline.
  • Develop relationships and rapport with prospective accounts.
  • Generate meaningful, qualified account appointments.
  • Continue to expand Telemagic’s account database through qualifying potential new accounts via field prospecting and cold calling when required.
  • Create, maintain, prioritize, and update all business development top prospects in the Telemagic database.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and create rapport with franchisee's.

The qualifications of a Business Development Manager/Sales Representative includes:

  • A successful candidate must be a goal-oriented self-starter with excellent time management skills and have the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent computer skills including knowledge of social media platforms and marketing sites.
  • You must also possess excellent phone skills and be willing to make B2B calls with the goal of developing sales opportunities.
  • Commercial cleaning industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Inside sales experience preferred.
