The Technical Recruiter is responsible for the candidate's experience, recruitment process, and overall hiring for the business.

This individual will proactively partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to meet business needs. The recruiter will place qualified candidates with urgency and assist in building a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs and assist with the movement of the candidates through the recruitment process. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Be the point of contact for candidate questions and experience throughout the recruiting process.

Partner with hiring manager, interviewers and candidates to schedule interviews across departments, handling last-minute scheduling changes. Strategize with hiring managers to create compelling job offers. Actively and passively source to build both an internal and external candidate pool from a variety of sources to include targeted professional networks and affiliations.

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and TBPs to assess needs, identify key talent and screen candidates. Provide creative recommendations on hard-to-fill roles. Screens candidates on behalf of hiring manager.

Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to develop talent pipeline. Manage candidate relationships at a professional level and provide a world-class experience. Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate.

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers' interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance for audit Actively participate in staffing related projects and activities. Other HR/Talent Acquisition related duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) Experience cold calling and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be a team player and be flexible and adaptable to rapid change Outstanding client service orientation and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of management Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience working in Success Factors (ATS) 2 + year of experience with strategic sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Database, ATS Pipelining 1+ year of experience sourcing for roles in an organization with multiple office locations in different states throughout the country Certified Staffing Professional certification
