Overview
The ADMS Technical Lead is responsible for providing guidance and assistance towards the overall project's technical solution and implementation.
The Technical Lead owns the technical delivery on end-to-end basis and all ADMS and OMS workstreams (SCADA, Application, OMS, SOM, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing, etc.) report to them on the project. The Technical Project Lead has knowledge of all areas of the project and can provide support and guidance as needed to the various project resources and Project stakeholders and participants.
Technical Lead is also responsible for providing technical support for the project technical where and when required. They also assist the solution vendor to troubleshoot and resolve all escalated technical issues.
In addition, the Technical Lead works with Client's Enterprise Architecture and System Development teams to ensure that the solution meets and respects both Client's requirements and is aligned with the application vendors solution. They will assist Client's team in ensuring that all project Architecture artifacts are completed and up to date.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the technical solution for ADMS implementation projects, ensuring alignment across all workstream areas, including SCADA, OMS, SOM, Network Modeling, Testing, and Integrations.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for workstream leads, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the technical and engineering integrity of the ADMS system, guaranteeing no critical defects are present upon cutover and ensuring system readiness for operational use.
  • Provide technical expertise and advisory support across multiple projects and proposals, contributing to the development of innovative and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate technical updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to co-lead ADMS and OT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead and coordinate technical activities across all project phases, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving, ensuring the system meets all functional and performance requirements.
  • Develop and enforce technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure project success.
  • Stay engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-go-live support, ensuring continuity and consistency.
  • Ensure that the delivered solution is compliant with the contractual requirements of the scope of work.

Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of Technical Leadership experience with ADMS or OMS implementations, including overall in-depth knowledge of all workstreams such as SCADA, OMS, SOM, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with major ADMS vendors (e.g., GE, Aspen Tech/OSII, ABB, Schneider Electric, Oracle) with strong preference for GE Vernova/ e-Terra experience
  • Proven expertise in DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, data migration, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues regarding the ADMS and OMS systems.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent team-building and motivational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
