You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for an in-store & online technical service representative, which we call an in-store and remote services agent at Best Buy. In this role, you will provide customers with the great technical support they need.

What you’ll do:

  • Upgrade, set up and repair customers’ computers in-store

  • Provide technical support online via chat or on the phone

  • Recommend appropriate Geek Squad services based on customer needs

  • Keep us organized by completing service notes and handling customer property according to guidelines

  • Share your passion for tech to create an amazing customer experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Computer diagnostic & repair experience
