Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing and organizing information for quotations and new product requests.
  • Coordinate sample requests, shipments, product trials, schedules, and routine follow-up with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Enter, update, and maintain product specifications, sample records, test results, and related technical documents.
  • Help collect information related to customer concerns, supplier issues, and internal quality matters.
  • Support product inspections, validation activities, and basic technical evaluations under guidance.
  • Track action items and communicate routine project updates to the appropriate teams.
  • Work with production and technical team members to learn printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch converting processes.
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support for technical, quality, and development projects.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and willingness to follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with different departments and team members.
  • A genuine interest in learning products, processes, quality, and manufacturing.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English. Korean language ability is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Calgary and travel occasionally when required.
