AWS Enterprise Support cherche un gestionnaire de comptes techniques (TAM) pour soutenir l'esprit innovateur, creatif et transformateur de nos clients ISV dans tous les domaines technologiques, notamment le calcul, le stockage, les bases de donnees, les services lies aux applications, la mise en reseau, l'informatique sans serveur, les conteneurs, et plus encore. Il ne s'agit pas d'un role de vente, mais d'une occasion d'etre le conseiller technique principal, ainsi que la voix du client , aupres d'organisations ISV qui developpent et mettent a l'echelle des produits logiciels sur AWS.
A titre de gestionnaire de comptes techniques, vous contribuerez a l'elaboration et a l'execution de strategies visant a encourager nos clients ISV a adopter et utiliser les services AWS, notamment EC2, S3, les bases de donnees DynamoDB et RDS, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, ECS/EKS et plusieurs autres encore

Vous aiderez les ISV a optimiser leurs architectures SaaS, a ameliorer leur resilience operationnelle et a accelerer leur mise en marche sur AWS. Votre savoir-faire technique et vos aptitudes envers la clientele vous permettront de representer efficacement AWS dans l'environnement des clients, ainsi que de mener des discussions avec les responsables techniques et commerciaux concernant les incidents, les compromis, l'assistance et la gestion des risques.
Vous ferez des recommandations et fournirez des conseils techniques strategiques visant a planifier et produire des solutions selon les meilleures pratiques, et de maniere proactive vous maintiendrez les environnements AWS de vos clients en bonne sante operationnelle. Les relations etroites developpees avec vos clients ISV vous permettront de comprendre leurs feuilles de route produit, leurs besoins commerciaux et operationnels, ainsi que les defis techniques auxquels ils font face, et les aider a beneficier au maximum d'AWS

Ce poste requiert la capacite de voyager 10 % du temps ou davantage, selon les besoins.

At AWS Enterprise Support, we're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our ISV customers' creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies, including Compute, Storage, Database, Application-level services, Networking, Serverless, Containers, and more

This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to ISV organizations building and scaling software products on AWS.
As a TAM, you will help craft and execute strategies to drive our ISV customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, ECS/EKS, and many more. You will help ISVs optimize their SaaS architectures, improve operational resilience, and accelerate their go-to-market on AWS. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment, and drive discussions with technical and business leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers' AWS environments operationally healthy

The close relationships developed with your ISV customers will allow you to understand their product roadmaps, business and operational needs, and technical challenges - and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS. This position will require the ability to travel 10% or more as needed.
