Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing National Restoration and Construction company seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and expand market share. This is a hunter-style sales role focused on generating new accounts, building strong industry relationships, and closing business within restoration, construction, and mitigation markets.

You will be responsible for developing and managing new relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients. This role is best suited for a competitive, self-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment where results directly impact income and long-term growth.


Job Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in restoration, construction, and mitigation markets
Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and commercial clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing business
Execute strategic outreach to grow territory revenue and market share
Lead pricing, contract, and service agreement negotiations
Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Qualifications
2+ years B2B sales experience preferred (restoration, construction, mitigation, or service-based industries a plus)
Proven track record of generating and closing new business
