Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Windham, NH. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing placements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT positions (e.g., software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data analysts)
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for current and future opportunities
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market conditions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical staffing
  • Strong understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and terminology
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
