Description:

Le chef technique assume un rôle de leadership et d’influence et agit à titre d’expert-conseil et de contenu dans la livraison continue des solutions, dans leur maintien et leur mise à jour.

Le conseiller contribue au développement de systèmes, programmes et applications informatiques de moyenne à grande envergure en réalisant l’arrimage et la mise en œuvre, tout en mettant à profit sa compétence à maîtriser la technologie et d’anticiper les innovations. Il analyse les besoins des clients et partenaires et influence les orientations relativement aux solutions technologiques ou des systèmes d’information requis à l’intérieur d’un projet. À cet égard, il planifie, hiérarchise et coordonne le travail afin de tenir les engagements pris en phase avec les objectifs à atteindre.

Le conseiller formule des propositions relatives à la réalisation des projets et contribue à la résolution de problèmes complexes par des analyses et sa connaissance globale du domaine d’affaires. Il agit à titre de référence et de personne-ressource relativement aux systèmes auprès de son unité, des clients et divers intervenants.

Responsabilités principales:

• Accompagner et orienter le client dans l’analyse et la définition des besoins, dans l’orientation, ainsi que dans le choix et l’évaluation des solutions technologiques appropriées

• Réaliser et participer à des études, ainsi qu’aux phases de positionnement, de faisabilité et de conception détaillée et faire les recommandations technologiques appropriées

• Élaborer, réaliser et appliquer les modèles conceptuels et logiques, ainsi que les stratégies de conception, d’implantation et d’intégration

• Assurer l’arrimage transversal auprès des instances et comités concernés par les projets et offrir le soutien et les suivis requis

• Coordonner les activités opérationnelles requises afin d’assurer la qualité, la performance, la fiabilité, la disponibilité et l’amélioration continue des systèmes et solutions technologiques.

- Connaissances approfondies en données : Datastage, SAS , Pyton
