Nous recrutons un(e) Specialiste Produit Junior pour rejoindre notre equipe en pleine expansion. Vous jouerez un role cle dans les demonstrations du produit, l'integration de nouveaux utilisateurs, la collecte des retours clients et la collaboration directe avec l'equipe de developpement pour faire evoluer Claio.

Vous serez un veritable ambassadeur du produit, favorisant son adoption, assurant la circulation efficace des retours d'experience et garantissant une experience client optimale. Ce poste est ideal pour une personne en debut de carriere souhaitant se lancer dans le domaine du produit, du SaaS ou de l'intelligence artificielle, et apprendre au sein d'une equipe dynamique basee a Montreal.

Responsabilites

  • Presenter des demonstrations en direct du produit pour les prospects et utilisateurs en periode d'essai, en communiquant clairement la valeur de Claio
  • Assister les nouvelles cliniques et utilisateurs dans leurs premieres utilisations du produit
  • Recueillir les commentaires des utilisateurs via les echanges, les canaux de support et les sessions, puis les synthetiser pour en extraire des pistes d'amelioration a partager avec l'equipe produit
  • Assurer la verification qualite des nouvelles fonctionnalites et mises a jour avant leur lancement.
  • Representer la voix du client et valoriser le produit lors des reunions d'equipe.
  • Contribuer a la creation de guides utilisateurs, de tutoriels video et de FAQ internes pour soutenir l'adoption
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes Produit, Ventes et Ingenierie de Claio et Valsoft

Role Overview
We're hiring a Junior Product Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in demoing the product, onboarding new users, capturing customer insights, and working directly with the development team to make Claio even better.
You'll act as a product champion, helping drive user adoption, ensuring feedback loops are tight, and supporting a seamless customer experience. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to break into product, SaaS, or AI and learn from a dynamic, Montreal-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run live product demos for prospects and trial users, clearly communicating Claio's value
  • Onboard new clinics and users, guiding them through their first experiences with the product
  • Gather customer feedback from conversations, support channels, and sessions-then summarize and share actionable insights with the product team
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) on new features and updates before they go live
  • Champion the product internally-represent the voice of the customer in team meetings
  • Help with user guides, short video tutorials, and internal FAQs to support adoption
  • Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Engineering teams across Claio and Valsoft

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (spoken & written)
  • Enthusiasm for AI, product design, and user experience
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented-you follow up and follow through
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and clinicians in a professional setting
  • Eager to learn, grow, and wear multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Experience in tech, healthcare, SaaS, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
