The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This position is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals to ensure the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries and assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms, including the SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS), the Degreed digital experience platform, the Kaltura virtual classroom/video platform and Credly digital badges platform. Provide functional, operational, and technical support for all learning technology platforms, including but not limited to maintaining systems and creating and updating learning resources, promoting system capabilities, and addressing general platform usage challenges.

  • Based on functional and program learning needs, consult with internal learning professionals on systems capabilities and best practices to recommend solutions and approaches that prioritize learner experience and business requirements such as reporting and compliance.
  • Facilitate the effective use of learning technology platforms through the creation of new or modification of existing courses, plans, pathways, playlists, and virtual classroom sessions.
  • Support the end-to-end design, preparation, and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous video-based learning via virtual classroom facilitated or recorded sessions, including moderation and support.
  • Produce standard and customized reports to support quality assurance, identification of trends and risks, and ensure stakeholder visibility.
  • Understand, investigate, and resolve platform functionality inquiries, including monitoring usage, responding to escalations, identifying trends, and proposing and actioning solutions. Perform platform-based maintenance and data integrity activities, including system audits, and annual system data cleanups.
  • Leverage the ServiceNow intake and automated ticketing system to collectively prioritize and respond to inquiries from KPMG employees and learning leaders within established SLA standards.
  • Other duties in support of the broader Digital Learning portfolio, as assigned.

What you bring to the role

  • A results-oriented approach, with the ability to complete high-quality deliverables on time while manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A client-focused mindset, working with individuals at all levels within the matrixed organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems, and propose efficiencies to existing processes.
