Your technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit are major assets in taking the company to its next stage of growth. You will be responsible for building and managing a small software development team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute short- and long-term technology strategies to support the company’s growth
- Lead software development efforts, including hiring and managing the team
- Develop and implement the systems and data security strategy
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between the business strategy and the technology strategy
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends
- Liaise with technology partners and vendors
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in IT, software engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in IT, ideally in software development
