Job description

In the role of IT Support Engineer II, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality technical support and software troubleshooting to ensure seamless computer management across client organizations. You will utilize your core skills in desktop and network support, along with premium expertise in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Intune. Your relevant knowledge in computer networking, VPN, and SCCM will enhance our operational efficiency. Join our team to contribute to a robust IT infrastructure and provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Be an integral point for ticket escalation for higher level issues.
  • Accepts tickets through HelpMe (BMS) within the ICS SLA’s.
  • Update tickets on a daily basis and communicate with the clients regarding resolution.
  • Assist L1 associates.
  • Assist other departments includes IT Help Desk and auditing ICS IT software.
