DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Manager, FX, Production, Fin Tech, located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, or West Chester, PA

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Job Overview

This role provides senior leadership across foreign exchange (FX) operations, production finance, and financial technology enablement supporting DePuy Synthes manufacturing and supply chain activities. The Sr. Manager will drive operational excellence, risk management, and digital finance solutions that improve visibility, control, and scalability across production environments. This is a highimpact role partnering closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Global Supply Chain leaders to enable datadriven decisions and resilient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FX production finance activities, including exposure identification, forecasting, and execution support aligned with manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Oversee financial technology solutions that support production finance, FX processes, and reporting accuracy across plant operations.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to integrate FX considerations into production planning, cost management, and inventory strategies.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes supporting manufacturing and plant performance.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across FX and productionrelated financial activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highperforming team, fostering collaboration across Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Provide seniorlevel financial insights, dashboards, and analysis to support strategic and operational decisionmaking.
  • Support enterprise initiatives related to digital finance transformation and system implementations impacting production finance.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, FX operations, or financial technology, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or supply chain finance in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of FX concepts, financial controls, and risk management practices.
  • Experience driving process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or treasury/FX technology solutions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior peoplemanagement experience leading teams through change or transformation.
  • Experience working in a global or highly regulated organization.
  • Familiarity with MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Exposure to digital finance or data analytics initiatives supporting operations.
