Job Overview

The IT Manager,TPOPortfolioProjectManagement serves as the primary owner ofPortfolio and Project Management technology products supportingR&D and Supply Chainproduct development and project activities. This rolepartners closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to ensure technology investments are aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and product development needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the assigned Portfolio and Project Management technology platforms, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

  • Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teamsto gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Lead prioritization decisions to balance business value, compliance, and delivery timelines.

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for product performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.

  • Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and governance models.

  • Monitor product outcomes and KPIs to ensure solutions deliver measurable value to the cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 6-8 years of experience in technology, digital product management, or clinical systems, with experience at the manager or senior individual contributor level.

  • Proven experience as a product owner or product manager for enterprise technology solutions.

  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technology requirements.

  • Demonstrated stakeholder management andcrossfunctionalcollaboration skillsand influence without authority.

  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences).

  • Experience working with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting R&DProduct Developmenttechnology platforms within a global organization.

  • Familiarity with Agile,SAFe, or hybrid delivery models in an enterprise IT environment.
