Job Title: Tech Lead - Network Integration & Mission Operations

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our on-premise multi-tenant data center environment. This role will serve as the primary technical point of contact for issues ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3 support, providing leadership, direction, and hands-on expertise across multiple infrastructure and operational platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable on-premise multi-tenant data center environments.
  • Act as the lead technical authority and subject matter expert for technical escalations and critical issue resolution (Tier 1-3).
  • Drive the implementation of virtualization and automation solutions to improve IT service delivery.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for operational systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in software virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic IT planning, roadmap development, and execution for enterprise operational systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting mission-critical systems and platforms.
