Job description

You will be a Tech Data Author - Level 2
What You Will Be Doing
Your primary job role as a Tech Data Author - Level 2
will be a Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD)
author on the F-35 Joint-Service Technical Data (JTD)
team. You will be responsible for coordinating with F-35
engineering community to assist in determining
modification/retrofit tasks associated with specific
engineering changes. You will perform analysis of
engineering data and compile parts lists required to
support the modification/retrofit defined by the
Change Request (CR) being implemented. You will
author Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTD),
providing clear, concise, step by step
aircraft/equipment modification instructions, and
Modification Kit Parts Listings (MKPL). You may work
with graphic artists to aide in creation of illustrations
for use in TCTD. You will be responsible for providing
in the field technical support to maintainers/mod
teams during verification/proofing events.
