A prominent national law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its technology, data privacy, and cybersecurity practice. This is a strong opportunity to work on sophisticated data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance matters for clients across a broad range of industries. The firm is looking for candidates with roughly 5-7 years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, technology transactions, or information governance.

Preferred backgrounds include privacy program development, AI governance and responsible AI deployment, incident response, and technology licensing and commercial contracting (cloud, software, and IT services agreements).

●      Counsel clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance compliance matters.
