Job Description:

We seek a qualified IT Data Analyst to use analytical skills and experience to develop enterprise reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to our global customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their questions and needs and then explore their needs for integrated business intelligence. Key tasks will include developing data ingestion and cleaning processes, data visualizations, algorithms, and systems, and leveraging your skills to transform disparate datasets into actionable insights that help our stakeholders make informed decisions. Ultimately, you will enable our users to better understand their data and how it can inform day-to-day business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion processes, BI data models, and reporting solutions utilizing multiple data sources.
  • Create intuitive, user-focused dashboards and visualizations in QlikSense and PowerBI that effectively communicate complex business information.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders across sales, production, logistics, quality, veterinary, finance, and other functional areas to translate business objectives into scalable reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Support the evolution and modernization of reporting platforms, processes, and data visualization standards.
  • Promote best practices in dashboard design, usability, data storytelling, and user adoption.
  • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data sources, reporting assets, data models, and metric definitions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess the legal right to work in the United States as per applicable immigration laws.
  • Must be eligible to work on-site full-time.
  • 3+ years of experience with data exploration, data preparation, analysis, visualization, and business intelligence solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and modeling structured data sources.
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL and BI platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing dashboards and reports with a strong focus on user experience, usability, and adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Experience supporting reporting platform enhancements, migrations, or modernization initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging, validating data, and troubleshooting reporting issues.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
