A tech contract is a legally binding agreement that outlines the terms and conditions for technology-related services, products, or collaborations. Tech contracts help ensure that both parties understand their obligations and protect their interests throughout the duration of the business relationship.

These skills ensure that technology contracts are efficiently negotiated, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals, reducing risk and maximizing value.
