Job Description

The IT Manager - Sales Technology (Dynamics 365) leads the design, delivery, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable platform while driving technical excellence, team performance, and alignment with business priorities.

Primary Job Duties

Lead and manage technical teams supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, including development, administration, and support
Oversee platform performance, stability, security, and compliance across Dynamics 365 and related integrations
Direct solution design, configuration, customization, and system integrations
Manage release planning, deployments, and ongoing support to meet service level expectations
Establish and enforce governance standards, including data access, configuration, and compliance requirements
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring quality delivery and cost effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement, platform optimization, and adoption of new capabilities

Skills/Qualifications

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Information Technology
5+ years of experience in application development
2+ years of experience managing teams, including coaching, performance management, and hiring
Experience operating in large, complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience with enterprise system integrations and platform governance
Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to business and leadership stakeholders
