Job description

As a Freight Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves proactive sales activities, developing and presenting solutions to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

  • Identify Prospects: Identify and target potential clients in the freight and logistics industry through research, networking, and market analysis.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events and trade shows.

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, presenting tailored freight solutions to meet their specific needs.

  • Sales and Relationship Management:

  • Sales Presentation: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's freight services.

  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
