To thrive as a Teachstone CLASS observer or trainer, you need a solid background in early childhood education, observational assessment skills, and familiarity with the CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) framework. Certification in Teachstone CLASS observation or training, as well as proficiency in using digital scoring platforms, is typically required. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to provide constructive feedback are important soft skills in this role. These skills ensure accurate classroom assessments and support educators in enhancing teaching quality and child outcomes.
A Teachstone CLASS job typically involves assessing and improving the quality of teacher-child interactions in educational settings using the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS). Professionals in this role may observe classrooms, provide feedback, and offer training to educators based on CLASS methodology. These jobs are often found in early childhood and K-12 education programs, helping to enhance student learning outcomes by fostering supportive and effective teaching practices.

You may also spend time collaborating with educators, administrators, and other observers to discuss results and provide targeted coaching or professional development.
