Job Description

INCOME TAX PREPARER. Full time tax preparer position available. The position is in-office at our Clearfield location.

Responsibilities

Meeting and interviewing clients, reviewing and analyzing the tax documents and financial data necessary to prepare income tax returns. Communication with clients. Prepare personal and business income tax returns. Review and make year end adjustments to client's books.

Qualifications

Requires at a minimum a high school diploma. Preference given for college courses in accounting or taxation, and college degree. Prefer a minimum of one year experience in individual income tax preparation, but would be willing to train the right person. Must be proficient with the use of a computer and have experience with common office programs and use of the internet. Need experience with Quick Books and tax preparation software. Drake tax software experience is a plus.

Additional Information

Hiring for one position. Competitive pay dependent on experience, with yearly bonuses at the end of each tax season.
