Job description

JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Case Managers/ Reso appointment setter will assist the Case Manager with providing their Tax Professionals all the necessary information needed for the Pro to determine what the best resolution option is for their clients. You will assist with clients to set their desired appointment time for the Reso calls.
As a Junior Case Manager/ Reso appointment setter, you will operate as the Case Managers primary point of contact for any tax resolution documents from the clients, who work in tandem with our Tax Professionals to ensure that clients are updated, informed, and up to date with their documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collecting & checking quality of documents.
  • Communicating with clients & obtaining all pending requests.
  • Manage a large client base.
  • Monitor client's files to ensure no documents or information is pending to move cases forward.
  • Provide continuously excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of customer service and/or administration experience with tax relief.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skillset.

Job Type: Full-time
