Job Title:
Tax Analyst I Position
Dex Imaging Tax Department is seeking a full time Tax Analyst I to join the Team. Tax Analyst I position will support the Tax Manager with data entry, data analysis, and tax compliance. This position provides opportunity for growth and advanced knowledge of sales and use tax in a corporate environment.
Schedule – Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm
 
Candidate must have:
Competent use of Microsoft software - specifically Excel
Ability to research and collect data as instructed
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Maintain a high level of confidence while performing
Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and multi task effectively
**Experience with E-Automate a plus
**Prior sales and use tax experience a plus
 
Duties will include but are not limited to:  
• Assist Tax Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly data review and updates
• Analyzing tax trends and changes to determine all data is compliant
• Internal audit of tax data within company database
• Identifying variances and errors to be researched and resolved
• Performing research as needed to ensure data compliance
