Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for the marine or outdoor retail industry? Legend Boats is seeking an experienced, high-energy Store Manager for this hands-on management position. In addition to overseeing team performance and store operations, the Store Manager is expected to actively participate in sales on the floor every day, driving revenue through personal selling at our Havelock, Ontario location.

In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic leadership and store-level execution. You won't just manage daily operations—you will drive revenue, elevate customer satisfaction, and help build a high-performing team focused on delivering top-tier experiences for our customers.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: Annual base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 determined by your level of experience.
  • Incentive Programs: Maximize your earning capabilities with our extensive performance-based bonus structures, which include:

Qualifications
  • Retail Sales & Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading in a customer-facing, high-performance retail environment — marine, powersports, RV, or automotive sectors preferred.
  • People Leadership: Proven track record in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. Able to inspire a culture of accountability, positivity, and teamwork.
  • Operational Execution: Experience managing inventory, merchandising, store presentation, and daily retail operations with a focus on efficiency and consistency with corporate brand standards, processes and systems. .
  • Customer Experience Mindset: Passionate about delivering best-in-class service through building loyalty and trust with every interaction.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through understanding customer wants and needs, upselling, and maximizing every customer interaction.
  • Tech & Software Proficiency: Skilled with CRM and POS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe), as well as modern retail tools for inventory, scheduling, reporting, and customer follow-up.
  • Decision-Making & Problem Solving: Solid judgment under pressure, with the ability to make timely decisions and negotiate win-win resolutions.
