JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience across a mix of agency, brand, and/or start-up work. If you're a meticulous task manager, a natural-born leader, obsessive about creating exciting work, and adept at forming and strengthening bonds with various personalities, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as the primary day-to-day lead on client business (project management)
  • Develop briefs and manage the production of client work across digital, OOH, social, retail and XM channels
  • Coordinate and oversee workback schedules, production timelines and client approvals
  • Support the production and execution of client deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Work closely with resourcing team to scope out projects, lead vendor relationships and assist with ongoing budget management and reconciliation
  • Manage client communications and ensure client status agendas and contact reports are accurate, detailed and up-to-date at all times
  • Possess the ability to anticipate client needs and analyze trends for future opportunities
  • Evaluate program results and present detailed and insightful program summaries

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to distill client requests into actionable steps
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to take ownership of tasks and see them through with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrates a positive can-do attitude that knows how to own outcomes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Can multitask, prioritize work and jump in and out of projects
  • Is comfortable with writing and presenting (ideas, reports, agendas, etc)
  • Actively participate in and contribute to agency culture, with awareness of Toronto communities, groups and opportunities

Base salary range: $60-75K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
