Job description

Growth & Customer Success ManagerOwn the Outcome. Drive the Growth. Be the Strategist |ย About Measure Marketing Results Inc.

At Measure Marketing Results Inc., we donโ€™t just run campaigns โ€” we build revenue engines for B2B organizations.

As a Great Place to Workยฎ in Canada Certified company, we are proud of our high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture. We believe autonomy fuels excellence, strategy drives growth, and outcomes matter.

We are hiring a Growth & Customer Success Manager to join our in-office team in Oakville, ON. This is not a passive account management role. This is for someone who wants to own performance, influence strategy, and drive measurable impact for North American B2B clients.

The Role: Strategic Owner of Growth

You are the strategic lead and primary point of contact for your B2B client portfolio. You bridge vision and execution โ€” aligning client business objectives with integrated digital growth strategies.

You will:

  • Own client relationships from onboarding through long-term growth
  • Build and refine integrated strategies across SEO, Paid Media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), Content, Web, and Marketing Automation
  • Lead bi-weekly or monthly performance reviews grounded in data, insights, and ROI clarity
  • Translate analytics into executive-level conversations and strategic direction
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, timelines, and performance targets
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with client growth goals
  • Take accountability for results โ€” pivoting strategy when data demands it

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and client leadership.

Who You Are

You are not a task manager โ€” you are a growth driver.

You likely have:

  • 3โ€“5+ years in a client-facing account management or customer success role within a marketing agency
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Paid Media, and analytics platforms
  • Experience working with North American B2B clients and understanding executive-level ROI expectations
  • Confidence in managing multiple accounts without sacrificing strategic depth
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort leading data-driven conversations
  • The ability to prioritize impact over activity
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Comfort working in an autonomous, performance-based environment
  • A natural ability to align teams around outcomes

You care deeply about results โ€” and it shows in the growth your clients achieve.

Must-Haves
  • 3โ€“5 years of agency experience with full client ownership
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Paid Ads, and/or analytics
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B growth strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Eligible to work full-time in Canada
  • Ability to commute daily to our Oakville, ON office (this is an in-office position)
What You Get:
  • Competitive base salary + performance incentives
  • Clear and structured growth path within the Growth Team
  • Medical and dental benefits
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • A high-autonomy environment backed by strong leadership support
  • A team culture rooted in excellence, empathy, and execution
At Measure Marketing Results Inc., we believe autonomy fuels excellence. If you're ready to grow in an environment where your voice matters and your work moves the needle, apply today.
