The VP Investment role is focused on evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and ongoing portfolio company support. This role is targeted at associates who want to continue to build their investment career. The VP Portfolio role is an opportunity for associates who have a desire to focus their career on building great companies. This role is structured to provide significant exposure to company building activities in one or two portfolio companies and is a launch pad for the VP to move to a senior leadership position in one of Birch Hill's portfolio companies.
