In-office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; hybrid schedule on remaining days
Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (30–60 min unpaid lunch options)

Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking an HR Generalist for our client to support day-to-day human resources operations within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes across onboarding, recruiting coordination, benefits support, payroll assistance, and HR systems administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities including new hire paperwork, compliance forms, and benefits enrollment within HR systems
- Support offboarding processes including exit coordination and benefits transition steps
- Partner with managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and HR system updates
Recruiting & Scheduling Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications using an applicant tracking system
- Support recruiting team with job postings and interview logistics
- Assist with managing candidate availability and interview coordination
- Provide onsite support for candidate interviews as needed
Benefits Administration Support
- Respond to employee questions related to benefits eligibility and enrollment
- Assist with open enrollment and ongoing benefits program administration
- Support leave of absence tracking and documentation in coordination with HR leadership
- Process benefits-related invoices and administrative tasks
HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and update employee data within HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now or similar)
- Process employee changes including role updates, compensation adjustments, and status changes
- Support system accuracy through audits, reporting, and data validation
- Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
Payroll Support
- Assist in preparing payroll-related documentation for HR leadership review
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and updates
- Track employee changes impacting payroll and compensation
General HR Support
- Support HR events, trainings, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Assist with virtual meeting coordination and webinar setup (e.g., Zoom)
- Provide general administrative and operational HR support as needed
- Help manage invoices, tracking logs, and internal HR documentation
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, and HR administration
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office and document management skills (SharePoint experience preferred)
- Experience transitioning HR processes from paper-based to digital systems strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
- SHRM certification a plus

- Target salary upon conversion: $65,000–$70,000 annually
