POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Taproom Ambassador you will be a source of knowledge on all things MadTree. Helping to guide the experience of our guests as they arrive and navigate our popular Oakley Taproom. Whether a guest needs directing to the Private Event they are attending or a complimentary table reservation they are a part of, how to order food from our Kitchen, or selecting and purchasing pre-package beverages to take home or colorful merchandise options in our retail space, you will be driving their experience through the warm and welcoming experience your provide. You will also be an avid MadTree Brewing Company ambassador who lives out our behaviors of...Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.
LOCATION: Oakley
STATUS: Part-Time
REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager
SHIFTS: Must have availability (at least two of the days) Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $15.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitating all guest requests and needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
  • Exceeding the expectations of your guests through the execution of our Service Sequence.
  • Have a knowledge and understanding of table reservations in the taproom for each shift, assisting guests as they arrive to locate their table(s) quickly and efficiently.
  • Processing payments, including cash, credit, and contactless payment methods accurately while following company rules on money handling.
  • Execute the rotating merchandising displays from planograms provided by leadership.
